Resetting your password
If you're locked out of your account, you may need to reset your password. To reset your password, go to apartment.app/reset.
If you do not receive a reset email, here are some troubleshooting tips:
Make sure you didn't originally signup with Facebook
If you don't receive an email to reset your password, make sure that you didn't initially signup for Apartment App via Facebook. Sometimes people have emails associated with their Facebook accounts that they no longer check.
Was your email typed incorrectly?
The password reset email will go to whichever email you signed up with - even if you happened to type it in wrong. If you suspect this happened, send us a quick note and we will look into it for you.
If you receive the email but the link doesn't work, get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate for you.
