What are the fees for using Apartment App?

There are no mandatory fees for using Apartment App. There are optional fees for background/credit/eviction checks and payments made by card.

Background/Credit/Eviction Checks

If you're applying to a listing that requires a background, credit, or eviction check, you'll need to purchase a report through our site. This report is $30 and can be used to apply to an unlimited number of listings on Apartment App within 30 days.

Note: If you're applying for any units in New York, please contact our team for a $10 refund on your report.

Rent and Security Deposit Payments

When making a rent or security deposit payment, you'll be able to pay using a card or bank account.

Bank account payments are free. If you use any card (including debit cards), you'll incur a ~2.95% card processing fee.
