If you've booked a contactless viewing then it will be guaranteed vacant during your time slot. Otherwise, someone will be there to let you in and you will be put in touch with them starting an hour before your viewing time window begins.

Can I message the lister before the viewing?
You'll get a text when your window starts that will connect you to the lister. This is how you'll get help if you can't connect with them for any reason.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Someone will be waiting for you to arrive, so it's very important that you cancel and reschedule your viewing if you won't be able to make it. You'll see a link to do this from the viewing details screen on our website or you can follow the link in your email notification about the viewing window.
What if I'm having an issue during a viewing?
Don't worry! Almost all issues can be solved by taking a look right here. You'll get access to a number to text for help during the viewing if our troubleshooting steps don't solve the problem.
